There's nothing you can do that can't be done! Tickets are now on sale for the off-Broadway premiere of Love, Love, Love. Penned by King Charles III Tony nominee Mike Bartlett and helmed by Tony winner Michael Mayer, the show is the culmination of Roundabout’s 50th anniversary season and will begin preview performances on September 22 at the Laura Pels Theatre at the Harold and Miriam Steinberg Center for Theatre. Opening night is set for October 19.
Beatlemania is in full effect, the “Me” generation is in its prime and Kenneth and Sandra have the world at their fingertips. It’s the summer of love, and that’s all they need. But what will happen when the sex, drugs and rock ‘n’ roll fade away? Love, Love, Love takes on the baby boomer generation as it retires and finds it full of trouble. Spanning more than four decades, this dark comedy is the story of what happens when the free-loving teens of the 60s face the harsh realities of today’s world.
The cast and creative team will be announced at a later date; the and limited engagement is scheduled to run through December 18.
