Lin-Manuel Miranda & Jennifer Lopez Team Up
What comes next for Hamilton creator and star (through July 9) Lin-Manuel Miranda? The Tony winner has joined forces with Jennifer Lopez for a tribute to the victims of the recent tragedy at Pulse Nightclub in Orlando. Proceeds from the track "Love Make the World Go Round," will benefit the Hispanic Federation's Proyecto Somos Orlando. 95 percent of the victims in the deadliest mass shooting in U.S. history were Latino. "We tried to preserve the theater,” a representative of the building's owners told the New York Times. “But we couldn’t come up with a program that was economically viable.” The theater most recently played host to 39 Steps.

P.S. The latest installment of American Horror Story, starring Broadway fave Cheyenne Jackson, will bow on FX on September 14, a little earlier than usual.
