In a week when most shows took a dip (or—in some cases—a plunge), Hamilton continues to rise up (time to take a shot). The Tony and Pulitzer-winning musical was up nearly a quarter of a million dollars from last week, grossing $2,215,641 and claiming the top spot on the boards. Amidst a legal battle, Natasha, Pierre and the Great Comet of 1812 continued to draw crowds, wrapping up its second week of previews at seven figures once again. Perennial favorite Wicked celebrated its 13th anniversary on Broadway on October 30, and despite its gross dropping from last week, the musical was still well over $1 million and continues to sit comfortably in the frontrunners.
