Brian Stokes Mitchell will take the leap in White Rabbit Red Rabbit off-Broadway! The Tony winner is scheduled to appear on November 28. The New York premiere of Nassim Soleimanpour’s solo show, which involves a different actor every performance seeing the script for the first time just before they go on stage, is playing Monday nights at the Westside Theatre.
Date Set for Edward Albee Memorial Service
A memorial service to pay tribute to Edward Albee is scheduled for December 6 at 1PM at the August Wilson Theatre. Widely recognized as one of the greatest playwrights of his generation, Albee’s work included the Tony-winning plays The Goat, or Who Is Sylvia? and Who's Afraid of Virginia Woolf?. A limited number of seats will be available to the general public, on a first-come, first-served basis, with doors opening at 12:30PM.
