Tickets Now on Sale for First Broadway Revival of South Pacific

Tickets are now on sale for the first-ever Broadway revival of the classic Rodgers and Hammerstein musical South Pacific at Lincoln Center's Vivian Beaumont Theatre. Performances begin on March 1, 2008.

The story of an unexpected romance between a U.S. nurse and a French plantation owner on a South Pacific island during WWII, South Pacific features such beloved songs as "Some Enchanted Evening," "Bali Ha'i," "A Wonderful Guy," and "Nothing Like a Dame." Full casting has yet to be announced, but Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara will headline the production as Nellie Forbush with Brazilian baritone Paulo Szot as Emile de Becque, under the direction of Light in the Piazza helmer Bartlett Sher.
