The wintry spectacle that is Cirque Du Soleil's seasonal show Wintuk has rolled back into New York City for its third year—only this time, it did so literally. The groundbreaking production, which combines live music with a fantasia of traditional and non-traditional circus acts, made quite an entrace on November 10, unloading a portion of the cast via double-decker bus right outside its home at Madison Square Garden's WAMU Theatre. The show, which begins performances November 11 and runs through January 3, 2010, gave bystanders a sneak peek at its ensemble of talent, which includes aerialists, dancers, trapeze artists, strongmen, tumblers, jugglers and clowns from across the globe. Under a mist of falling faux-snow (the production loosely tells the story of a boy searching for snow), Wintuk's cast showed off what's in store at the WAMU Theatre.
