Stephen Sondheim Honored with a Star-Filled Gala at City Center

Sure, Sondheim on Sondheim, an entire production paying homage to legendary composer/songwriter Stephen Sondheim, may be playing over at Studio 54, but that doesn't mean the theater community is done honoring Sondheim for turning 80 years old last month. On April 26, an array of veteran Sondheim stars including Angela Lansbury, Nathan Lane, Len Cariou and Debra Monk gathered for the New York City Center Gala to perform songs from Sondheim's masterful catalogue.
