A prominent stage star in his native Australia, Tony Sheldon has won great acclaim across the globe playing Bernadette in the stage adaptation of Priscilla Queen of the Desert. In addition to playing the part on Broadway, where he garnered a Tony Award nomination, Sheldon also played the role in Australia, New Zealand, England and Canada. His many Australian stage credits include Torch Song Trilogy, Equus, The Witches of Eastwick and The Producers.
