Tony Presenters to Include Radcliffe, Minnelli, Baldwin, Linney & More

The first batch of presenters for the 2008 Tony Awards have been announced. They will include Alec Baldwin, Kristin Chenoweth, Glenn Close, Richard Griffiths, Laura Linney, John Lithgow, Liza Minnelli, Mary-Louise Parker, Daniel Radcliffe, Brooke Shields and Marisa Tomei. A total of 25 competitive categories will be part of this year's telecast, which will be broadcast live from Radio City Music Hall on June 15.

As previously announced, the Tony Awards telecast will feature special performances by the Tony-winning musicals Rent and The Lion King. Whoopi Goldberg will serve as host for the 62nd annual Tonys, which are presented by the Broadway League and the American Theatre Wing.
