When it comes to the fall fundraising campaign for Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS, no show has been more resourceful than the company of Equus. After successful post-performance auctions of memorabilia from stars Richard Griffiths Kate Mulgrew and Daniel Radcliffe, the show’s youngest star happily agreed to—pardon the expression—pony up the ultimate keepsake for a good cause. Thus, on November 22, Radcliffe put a used pair of his character’s Lucky Brand jeans up for grabs, with auctioneer Lorenzo Pisoni doing the honors.
