David Suchet and Zoe Wanamaker will star in the West End revival of Arthur Miller's All My Sons, according to The Daily Mail. Performances of the play, directed by Howard Davies, will begin on May 19 at the Apollo Theatre.
Suchet and Wanamaker will lead as Joe and Kate Keller, a married couple whose son is killed in World War II. In the wake of tragedy, the Keller family unravels further with the discovery that Joe's company may have caused the deaths of war pilots by producing faulty equipment for planes. The show was revived on Broadway last season, starring John Lithgow as Joe, Dianne Wiest as Kate, Patrick Wilson as their son, Chris, and Katie Holmes as his love interest, Ann Deever.
Suchet received a Tony Award nomination in 1999 for his portrayal of Antonio Salieri in the Broadway revival of Amadeus. On the West End, he has been seen in Complicit and The Last Confession. is also known for his performance in the television adaptation of Agatha Christie's Hercule Poirot.
Wanamaker has appeared on Broadway in Piaf, Loot, Electra (New York and London) and Awake and Sing!, for which she earned a Tony Award nomination. Her screen credits include My Family, Gormenghast, Doctor Who and Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone.
Opening night of All My Sons is set for May 27.
