James, who plays the hopeful and charming African villager Nabulungi, talks about her emotional ballad "Sal Tlay Ka Siti." The title is a clever play on Nabulungi's pronunciation of the Mormon missionaries' hometown, Salt Lake City. In the moving number, Nabulungi sings about the prospects of living in a world free of the daily horrors that ravage her poverty-stricken village.
