Mormon month continues at Broadway.com as we deliver our monthlong video series showcasing the runaway hit musical, The Book of Mormon. In today's video, Tony nominee Nikki M. James, who plays the hopeful and charming African villager Nabulungi, talks about her emotional ballad "Sal Tlay Ka Siti." The title is a clever play on Nabulungi's pronunciation of the Mormon missionaries' hometown, Salt Lake City. In the moving number, Nabulungi sings about the prospects of living in a world free of the daily horrors that ravage her poverty-stricken village. Take a look at what James has to say about capturing the right tone for a song filled with potentially disturbing lyrics.
