It's 1973, and in Jason Miller's Pulitzer Prize-winning play That Championship Season, four former high school basketball players (Kiefer Sutherland, Chris Noth, Jason Patric and Jim Gaffigan) have reunited at the Scranton, PA, home of their coach (Brian Cox) 20 years after winning the state championship. Now entering middle age, these men drink, joke and relive their glory days as they grapple with the very different paths their lives have taken.
