Funnyman Colin Quinn’s Long Story Short is pretty epic: one man, one stage, one history of the world—and now, one portrait by Justin 'Squigs' Robertson! Broadway.com's resident artist headed out to the Helen Hayes Theatre to catch the comedian in action as he takes down the world’s greatest historical empires. Caesar? The original Italian mobster. Antigone? We’ve got Snooki! What about those world-conquering English? They over-franchised. Let's be honest: Anyone who describes Greece as that drunk guy in a bar begging for a ride home deserves the full Squigs treatment. Finally, a portrait as colorful as Colin Quinn himself!

About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet.
