Colin Quinn and his Long Story Short director Jerry Seinfeld are among the stars set for a one-night-only “Big Time Comedy Show” to benefit the family of the late comedian Greg Giraldo. The performance will be held on February 9 at the Beacon Theatre, hosted by comedian Tom Papa.
Joining Quinn and Seinfeld will be comics Lewis Black, Dave Attell, Jim Norton, Judy Gold, Ted Alexandro and Jesse Joyce. Giraldo, who died at age 44 on September 29, appeared with Quinn on Tough Crowd with Colin Quinn, on Black’s Root of All Evil and on Seinfeld’s The Marriage Ref, as well as performing stand-up on The Late Show with David Letterman. He was the father of three children with ex-wife Mary-Ann.
