Liaisons! Night Music’s Elaine Stritch Talks About Her Long Career with Jordan Roth

Does anyone still wear a hat? Elaine Stritch does. On December 6 Stritch, who famously asked the question in the original production of Stephen Sondheim’s Company, sat down—wearing her signature chapeau, of course— with Jujamcyn president Jordan Roth for the latest installment of the Broadway Talks series at the 92nd Street Y. The four-time Tony nominee began her Broadway career in 1946, and is currently starring on Broadway as Madame Armfeldt in A Little Night Music.
