As Oscar nominees Samuel L. Jackson and Angela Bassett prep for the September 22 start date of their upcoming Broadway play The Mountaintop, the film stars took a break from their busy rehearsal schedule to show some support for students at Brooklyn High School of the Arts. On September 19, the actors, joined by The Mountaintop director Kenny Leon and playwright Katori Hall, headed to the school to speak with drama students about the play and to share advice on pursuing a career in the arts. The students, who didn't find out about the big event until that morning, were more than eager to welcome the talented actors to their school. No excuse to complain about to going to class for these kids! Take a look at the exciting morning below!
