As the curtain goes down on 2010, Broadway.com is looking ahead to the new year. We’ve asked the brightest stars on Broadway to reflect on their personal highlights from the past year and to reveal their hopes for 2011. Check out what they had to say, and have a Happy New Year!
TELLER (co-writer/director of Play Dead)
Highlight of 2010: “November 10, 2010. Hearing people scream and laugh helplessly in the dark at the off-Broadway opening night of Play Dead. We'd expended five years of our lives, half a million dollars, and 67 drafts of a script. And now, finally, every word and every creepy, spectacular effect had found its home with wickedly brilliant Todd Robbins, all in one place at one moment.”
Resolution for 2011: “To eat absolutely no tripe. I'm very tired of making New Year's resolutions that I don't have the willpower to keep. So this year I'm resolving to avoid eating something I find—even when expertly prepared—revolting.”
