Spider-Man Flies Onto Broadway for First Performance

Audiences finally got a look at the much-buzzed about musical Spider-Man, Turn Off-The Dark when the show played its first preview performance on November 28 at the Foxwoods Theatre. After the performance, show stars Reeve Carney (who plays the famed web slinger) and Tony nominee Jennifer Damiano (taking on the role of girl-next-door Mary Jane Watson) were more than happy to let Broadway.com's camera snap a slew of backstage photos. Director Julie Taymor and Patrick Page (who stirs up trouble for Spidey as the Green Golbin) were also on hand to greet a cheering crowd at the stage door.
