Noel Sullivan, of Popstars Fame, Set for London’s We Will Rock You

Noel Sullivan will play Galileo in the hit West End musical We Will Rock You beginning January 20 at the Dominion Theatre. Sullivan will will remain with the production until late October.

Sullivan is best known as a member of the band Hear’Say, which formed on the U.K. reality show Popstars. In London, he has appeared in Fame, Grease, Love Shack, Flashdance and Simply Ballroom. Prior to joining the West End cast, Sullivan played Galileo in the U.K. tour of We Will Rock You.

With music and lyrics by Queen and a book and direction by Ben Elton, We Will Rock You is a jukebox musical about a young outcast (Galileo) who tries to make his mark in a futuristic world. The London production originally opened on May 12, 2002, and features hit Queen songs including “We Are the Champions,” “Another One Bites the Dust” and “Killer Queen.” The production will celebrate its 10th anniversary this May.
