Linzi Hateley and Pia Douwes will reprise their starring roles in London's Chicago as Roxie Hart and Velma Kelly, respectively. Hateley and Douwes begin their six-week engagement in the show at the Cambridge Theatre beginning on September 14 and running through October 24.
Longtime stage veteran Hateley has appeared in Carrie, Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, Grease and Les Miserables. She has starred as Roxie Hart in the West End's Chicago twice before.
Douwes has appeared as Velma Kelly in Chicago on Broadway, London’s West End and in her native Netherlands. Her theatrical credits include Fosse, Evita, Cabaret, Les Miserables, Grease, The Rocky Horror Show, Cats, Other People’s Money and Sweeney Todd.
The pair will join current stars Ian Kelsey (Billy Flynn), David Ganly (Amos Hart) and Di Botcher (Mama Morton).
