Stars Sutton Foster, Cheyenne Jackson, Alice Ripley and More Set for Broadway on Broadway

Kate Baldwin, Daniel Breaker, Kerry Butler, Ben Crawford, Jennifer Damiano, Sutton Foster, Anya Garnis, Deidre Goodwin, Cheyenne Jackson, Chad Kimball, Pasha Kovalev, Beth Leavel, Caissie Levy, Constantine Maroulis, Christiane Noll, Laura Osnes, Alice Ripley and Aaron Tveit will be among the 200+ Broadway performers to take the stage at the 2009 Broadway on Broadway concert. As previously announced, Superior Donuts star Michael McKean will host the event, which takes place on September 13 in the heart of Times Square from 43rd Street to 47th street. The concert begins at 11:30am.

In addition to Baldwin (Finian’s Rainbow), Breaker (Shrek the Musical), Butler (Rock of Ages), Crawford (Shrek the Musical) Damiano (Next to Normal), Foster (Shrek the Musical), Garnis (Burn The Floor) Goodwin (Chicago), Jackson (Finian’s Rainbow), James (Shrek the Musical), Kimball (Memphis), Kovalev (Burn the Floor), Leavel (Mamma Mia!), Levy (Hair), Maroulis (Rock of Ages), Noll (Ragtime), Osnes (South Pacific), Ripley (Next To Normal) and Tveit (Next To Normal) will be joined by cast members from Billy Elliot, Burn the Floor, Bye Bye Birdie, Chicago, Fela!, Finian’s Rainbow, Hair, In the Heights, White Christmas, Jersey Boys, The Lion King, Mamma Mia!, Memphis, Next to Normal, The Phantom of the Opera, Ragtime, Rock of Ages, Shrek, South Pacific, West Side Story, Wicked and more for a series of performances from Broadway's 2009-2010 season. Times Square will be car-free for the duration of the free event, making room for tens of thousands of attendees. Fans should arrive early for a good spot.
