Randy Danson and Richard Kline are the two newest stage veterans to fly into the national tour of hit musical Wicked. Danson steps into the role of Madame Morrible, while Kline takes over as The Wizard, both beginning performances on September 10. The newcomers will begin their engagement with the touring production during its time at Seattle's Paramount Theatre. Wicked plays the Paramount through October 4.
Danson and Kline join a cast currently featuring Donna Vivino as Elphaba. Chandra Lee Schwartz as Glinda, Richard H. Danson's New York and regional theater credits include leading roles in Macbeth, The Glass Menagerie and The Dutchess of Malfi, as well as The Good Person of Szechuan at Arena Stage and Wit at The Philadelphia Theatre.
Kline is best known for his stint and Larry Dallas on the classic sitcom Three's Company. On Broadway, he has appeared in November and City of Angels, and has appeared on the national tours of Do I Hear a Waltz?, Oliver! and Jake's Women. His numerous television credits include ER, NYPD Blue, St. Elsewhere, L.A. Law, Maude and The Mary Tyler Moore Show. Film credits include Liberty Heights and I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
