Can't get enough of Rock of Ages' Constantine Maroulis? You're not the only one. On September 16 (the day before Maroulis' birthday!), Joe's Pub tweeted the news that they've added a third performance for the Tony Award nominee's cabaret show A Night at the Rock Show, due to popular demand. Tickets have already sold out for the rocker's first night of song on September 23, but fans can still catch him on the previously announced October 14 date, as well as on the newly added December 2 show. All pefformances begin at 9:30PM.
Maroulis’ Broadway credits include Rock of Ages and The Wedding Singer. Off-Broadway, he originated the role of Drew in Rock of Ages and appeared in Jacques Brel is Alive and Well and Living in Paris. On tour, he played Roger in Rent. Maroulis has also been a guest regular on the daytime soap opera The Bold and the Beautiful and appears frequently on TV’s American Idol Extra.
Maroulis is best known off the Broadway scene as a finalist on American Idol’s Season 4, becoming one of the first contestants to prominently feature rock in his performances. In addition to his self-titled album, Maroulis has appeared on Killer Queen, a tribute album in honor of the iconic band Queen, as well as releases with his former band, Pray for the Soul of Betty and compilations of American Idol favorites.
