Meryl Streep Headlines Courage in Concert

A-lister Meryl Streep headlines a concert version of Mother Courage and Her Children at Joe's Pub. The star will be joined by Kevin Kline, Jenifer Lewis, Austin Pendleton and Frederick Weller.

Featuring songs composed for the Public Theater's production by Jeanine Tesori, the concert will benefit the American Jewish World Service and Partners in Health. The event will also include appearances from the cast of Broadway’s Tony-winning revival of Hair.

Streep starred in the Public's Central Park production of Mother Courage and Her Children in 2006.
