They've Got Rhythm! Encores Goes Girl Crazy

It's been nearly 80 years since New York City audiences got to hear the iconic tunes of George and Ira Gershwin's Girl Crazy live on a hometown stage. Luckily the tuner, which made its Broadway debut back in October 1930, has been brought back by Encores!, which lined up a star-studded cast for the show's concert revival at New York City Center. Ana Gasteyer, Wayne Knight, Marc Kudisch, Chris Diamantopoulos, Becki Newton and more are all on hand for this musical comedy, which boasts such long-lasting tunes as "Embraceable You," "Boy! What Love Has Done To Me!" and, of course, "I Got Rhythm." We talked to the stars to get the skinny on this old-time classic.
