Caissie Levy of Hair Vows to Cherish Loved Ones in 2010

CAISSIE LEVY (Sheila in Hair)

Highlight of 2009: “The most obvious was having the honor of playing Sheila in the Hair revival, and working with our ridiculously amazing cast—so, so thankful for Hair and the people it brought into my life. Other highlights include an incredible trip my boyfriend and I took to Brazil, mastering my grandmother's honey cake recipe for Thanksgiving (before that, I could only make eggs and grilled cheese), and producing a hugely successful and meaningful night of music at Joe's Pub to benefit my friend Lindsay, who is fighting cancer.”

Resolution for 2010: “To cherish each moment with my Tribe, ’cause we are in for some big changes in March; to be less consumed with work and more consumed with my beautiful family and friends (life is too short); to continue to mess with Brandon Pearson onstage, cause almost nothing makes me laugh harder.”
