Three-time Tony nominee Kelli O’Hara has scheduled four late-January concerts in the Los Angeles area. On January 20, O’Hara will appear at the Broad Stage in Santa Monica, followed by three concerts at the Orange County Performing Arts Center’s Samueli Theater in Costa Mesa, January 22-24. O’Hara will be accompanied at the piano by Dan Lipton.
A Tony nominee for South Pacific, The Pajama Game and The Light in the Piazza, O’Hara made her Carnegie Hall solo debut with the New York Pops conducted by Rob Fisher. Other concert appearances include Carnegie Hall with Barbara Cook, the Kennedy Center with Marvin Hamlisch and the National Symphony Orchestra, the New York Philharmonic with Marvin Hamlisch, Lincoln Center, Town Hall, Cooper Union, Joe's Pub, the Philly Pops conducted by Peter Nero, a sold out run at Cafe Carlyle and a star turn as Eliza Doolittle in the New York Philharmonic’s production of My Fair Lady. She performed at the 2009 Kennedy Center Honors as part of the Barbra Streisand tribute. O’Hara has also released a solo album, Wonder in the World.
