The cast of the TV hit Glee, including Broadway regulars Lea Michele and Matthew Morrison, has won a Screen Actors Guild Award for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy Series when the SAG Awards were presented on January 23, 2010 in Hollywood.
Glee beat out 30 Rock, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Modern Family and The Office for the celebrated prize.
Other wins of interest to theater fans include the cast of Mad Men, who were honored with best ensemble in a drama series and Michael C. Hall, who won Outstanding Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series for Dexter.
