Nine-time Tony-winning actor/director Tommy Tune has put his Park Avenue South penthouse on the market—and Broadway fans don’t have to make an appointment to see the 12-foot ceilings, private roof terrace and marine blue floor in this loftlike space. New York magazine real estate reporter S. Jhoanna Robledo toured the chic apartment as part of her “Walk-Through” video series. Yeah, yeah, Tommy’s got a sleek kitchen and a flat-screen TV that rises from a cabinet at the foot of his bed, but our favorite accesssories are those nine Tonys lined up above the fireplace. Why is Tune moving (and hoping to net $2.35 million in a tough NYC real-estate market)? The circular staircase to the roof is too difficult for his beloved dog, Little Shubert. (The folks at New York call the dog Schubert, but we know better, Tommy!) Click on for a look at a Broadway legend’s home.
