Drawing from the beloved Marvel comic book hero, Spider-Man follows a nerdy young man who, after being bitten by a genetically altered spider, discovers he has superpowers that allow him to leap across the skyline of New York City. He soon finds himself confronting his own personal struggles as well a devious villain.
