Spider-Man Lands On The Great White Way

Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark, featuring a score by U2's Bono and The Edge, begins previews at Broadway's Foxwoods Theatre. 

Directed by Julie Taymor and drawing from the beloved Marvel comic book hero, Spider-Man follows a nerdy young man (Reeve Carney) who, after being bitten by a genetically altered spider, discovers he has superpowers that allow him to leap across the skyline of New York City. He soon finds himself confronting his own personal struggles as well a devious villain.
