Glee newcomer Darren Criss is in talks to join the show full time as a series regular, according to Deadline.com. Criss made his first appearance on the show's November 9 episode as Blaine, a member of a rival high school singing group who is openly gay and befriends Kurt (Chris Colfer). Criss' status as series regular most likely will not begin until the show's already planned third season.
Criss' other TV credits include Eastwick and Cold Case. He was also featured in the hit YouTube Harry Potter musical performed by students from the University of Michigan.
