Tabatha Coffey, the platinum-haired taskmaster from Bravo TV’s Tabatha’s Salon Takeover will soon be taking over the off-Broadway stage. The reality star will join the cast of My Big Gay Italian Wedding as a special guest for three performances only, from December 2 through December 4.
My Big Gay Italian Wedding, directed by Teresa A. Cicala, follows two handsome grooms, one overbearing Italian mother, a jealous ex-boyfriend, the wedding planner from hell and an assortment of kooky family and friends as they gather together for a wedding.
Coffey will be joining a cast that includes David Moretti, Anthony J. Wilkinson, Gregg Baker, Eric Carpenter, Brett Douglas, Liz Gerecitano, Leah Gerstel, Randi Kaplan, Chad Kessler, Kevin McIntyre, Carla-Marie Mercun, Marissa Perry, Meagan Robar, Joe Scanio, Billy Yoder and Adam Zelasko.
Coffey’s guest spot will be a Bravo reality star reprise for the Anthony Wilkinson-penned comedy, which welcomed five of The Real Housewives of New Jersey to its stage at St. Luke’s Theatre for four performances in September.
