Broadway Thanksgiving Flashback! Alice Ripley and Emily Skinner 'Share Everything' in Side Show

The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade has always been a fantastic platform for Broadway musicals and each day this week Broadway.com is rolling out some our favorite performances from years past. Back in 1997 (nice hat, Katie Couric!) future Tony winner Alice Ripley and Tony nominee Emily Skinner were standing side by side nightly as conjoined twins turned Hollywood stars, Violet and Daisy Hilton, in the short-lived but fondly remembered Henry Krieger/Bill Russell musical Side Show. For their T-giving day performance, the ladies sang the upbeat vaudeville number, "We Share Everything." And they're not kidding! The actresses, who performed the entire show standing hip to hip, even shared a Tony nomination for the show the following year and went on to record two albums together.
