Billie Joe Armstrong Returns to American Idiot

Green Day frontman Billie Joe Armstrong returns to the role of St. Jimmy in the Broadway production of American Idiot.
Armstrong is credited as a co-book writer of the rock opera based on his band's groundbreaking album of the same name. He previously appeared in the role of St. Jimmy in September of 2010 and in January and February of 2011.
American Idiot is scheduled to close on April 24.
