American Idol Winner Kris Allen Takes In the Rocking World of American Idiot

An American Idol became an American Idiot on December 7 as Kris Allen, season eight champ of the popular TV talent contest, paid a visit to the St. James Theatre to check out the rocking Green Day musical. Allen was all smiles as his visit to Idiot marked the first time the "Live Like We're Dying" singer ever attended a Broadway show. Scratch that off the bucket list! The occasion was made even more special for Allen as he headed backstage to hang out with show stars John Gallagher Jr., Rebecca Naomi Jones, Stark Sands and the rest of the Idiot crew.
