Today's yuletide star-studded performance comes courtesy of Tony winner Julie Andrews. In 1982 Andrews invited TV audiences to spend their Christmas with her as she sung her way through the gorgeous Austrian countryside in The Sound of Christmas. Filming in locations featured in Andrews' Oscar-winning film, The Sound of Music, Andrews opened the TV special by nearly recreating the film's first scene with a Christmas twist.
