Meet T.V. Carpio in the First Episode of The Amazing Backstage Adventures of Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark

The first installment of Broadway.com’s The Amazing Backstage Adventures of Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark introduces talented dynamo T.V. Carpio, who plays seductive villainess Arachne. Carpio stepped into the role of one of the most intriguing figures in Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark in late December. Her character is a mythical magical eight-legged goddess that forms part of a love triangle with Spider-Man and his sweetheart Mary Jane Watson. Broadway.com visited Carpio in her dressing room at the Foxwoods Theatre to find out what it feels like to get her "pincers" into this shadowy character, why she never wanted to be a singer and the scoop on her unusual name.
