Three years after winning rapturous reviews in its still-running London premiere production, War Horse has made it to New York, thanks to Lincoln Center Theater. The epic tale of a boy’s enduring love for his horse, which is shipped to France to serve with the cavalry during World War I, this stage adaptation of Michael Murpurgo’s children’s book features life-size horses created by Handspring Puppet Company.
