Saints & Sinners of Sister Act: Marla Mindelle & Co. on Sweet Sister Mary Robert

In the first installment of Broadway.com’s new Sister Act character study, Saints & Sinners, we're exploring the saintly side of this new musical, introducing sweet novice nun Sister Mary Robert, played by newcomer Marla Mindelle. This precious postulant finds her voice after aspiring diva Deloris Van Cartier—in hiding from her shady gangster boyfriend—adds a dash of disco to the dusty convent choir.
