It was an uplifting opening night for gritty new addiction drama High, which bowed on Broadway April 19 starring screen and stage icon Kathleen Turner. The story of recovery, discovery and forgiveness stars the two-time Tony nominee and Golden Globe winner as Sister Jamison Connelly, a nun with a rough past who has found her way working in a Catholic rehab center. Turner is joined on stage by Tony nominee Stephen Kunken as Father Michael Delpapp and Broadway newcomer Evan Jonigkeit as teen addict Cody Randall. After taking their first night bows at the Booth Theatre, the cast of this thought-provoking show headed downtown to swanky restaurant SD26 to celebrate with opening night guests.
