As Glee returned to the airwaves on April 19, the New Directions crew banded together to plan a benefit concert to raise funds for their trip to Nationals competition in New York City. One character, however, wasn't feeling the team spirit. Mercedes (Amber Riley) complained that her talents haven't been appreciated by her peers lately, so she went into full-on diva mode. She even released a wild list of demands that included having a puppy in her dressing room to use as a towel! In the end, Mercedes showed the true meaning of divahood by belting out a sensational rendition of Aretha Franklin's "Ain't No Way." Despite her powerhouse pipes, Mercedes faces fierce competition when it comes to diva performances on the hit show.
