Vineyard Theatre's Picked Extends Through May 22

Christopher Shinn's Picked has extended its run through May 22 at the Vineyard Theatre. A closing date for the off-Broadway drama was originally set for May 15.

Directed by Michael Wislon, Picked follows a young actor (Michael Stahl-David) who attracts the attention of an eccentric but successful Hollywood director (Mark Blum). The director decides to use experiences from the actor's life to shape his latest big budget science-fiction film. The movie's tough shooting schedule and its aftermath soon begin to affect the actor's relationship with those around him.

In addition to Stahl-David and Blum, Picked also stars Tom Lipinksi, Liz Stauber and Donna Hanover. The production features set design by Rachel Hauck, costume design by Mattie Ullrich, lighting design by Russell Champa and sound design by Jill BC DuBoff.
