Larry Kramer’s The Normal Heart has made it to Broadway 26 years after it first opened at the Public Theater, with an A-list production helmed by Joel Grey and George C. Wolfe, and starring Joe Mantello, Ellen Barkin, John Benjamin Hickey, Jim Parsons, Lee Pace and more. The emotional play centers on Ned Weeks, a gay writer who turns activist during the terrifying early days of the AIDS epidemic in New York City.
