It's prom season, and Broadway.com asked fans to choose an unofficial Prom King and Queen from stars of the season's hottest shows. The votes are in, and Priscilla Queen of the Desert's Bernadette (Tony Sheldon) and Bob (C. David Johnson) have taken the titles with 27% of votes. The fabulous transgendered entertainer and the rugged Outback citizen meet while Bernadette and her pals travel across Australia on a wild road trip.
Catch Me If You Can's Brenda Strong (Kerry Butler) and Frank Abagnale Jr. (Aaron Tveit) earned the runner-up spot with 22% of votes. Abagnale decides to ditch his con-man ways to marry the adorable nurse, whom he meets while posing as a doctor.
The third place spot went to How to Succeed couple Rosemary Pilkington (Rose Hemingway) and J. Pierrepont Finch (Daniel Radcliffe) with 16% of votes. The duo sparks an office romance as employees of the World Wide Wicket Company.
Thanks for voting, and to all those attending prom in the upcoming weeks, have a wonderful time!
