Fan Favorites Get the Squigs Treatment at the 2011 Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards

With host Vanessa Williams and special guest Daniel Radcliffe joining a glittering roster of presenters gracing the stage at the swanky New York locale The Allen Room, Broadway.com resident artist Justin “Squigs” Robertson had his work cut out for him capturing the star power of the 12th Annual Broadway.com Audience Choice Awards. Williams reigned supreme at the podium, surrounded by presentersthat included dynamic Broadway duo Sutton Foster and Gavin Creel, In the Heights pals Lin-Manuel Miranda and Karen Olivo and once-and-future Master Class divas Audra McDonald and Sierra Boggess, plus that jack-of-all-Broadway-trades Jackie Hoffman (who accepted awards for winners in absentia). About the Artist: With a desire to celebrate the magic of live theater and those who create it, and with a deep reverence for such touchstones as the work of Al Hirschfeld and the wall at Sardi’s, Squigs is happy and grateful to be among those carrying on the traditions where theater and caricature meet.
