Glee Star Matthew Morrison Will Make Babies on the Big Screen in What to Expect When You’re Expecting

Broadway vet, Glee star and recording artist Matthew Morrison is headed to the big screen in a film adaptation of What to Expect When You’re Expecting directed by Kirk Jones, according to Deadline.com. Morrison will join A-lister Cameron Diaz in the cast, and rumors of Jennifer Lopez’s participation in the project are beginning to swirl.

Based on the world famous pregnancy book by Heidi Murkoff and Sharon Mazel, What to Expect will feature Morrison as a father-to-be opposite the pregnant host of a weight-loss fitness show played by Diaz. Lopez is reportedly eyeing a supporting role named Holly.

No plot details have been released, but the movie is rumored to be a narrative tracking five different couples on the path to having a baby. Also unknown is when the film will start shooting, but a release date of May 11, 2012, has been tentatively announced.
