Several familiar Broadway faces will hit the big screen at this year's NewFest, the New York lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender film festival. Cheyenne Jackson, Jesse Tyler Ferguson, Jennifer Coolidge, Carol Channing and more will be featured in films being screened during the festival's July 21-28 run. Below are trailers for several films scheduled to be shown on July 24, which has been dubbed "Broadway Sunday":

One Night Stand: This documentary follows participants in the 24 Hour Musicals, in which teams of composers accept the challenge to write and stage a short musical in the span of a day. Stand features appearances by Cheyenne Jackson (Finian's Rainbow), Jesse Tyler Ferguson (TV's Modern Family), Mandy Gonzalez (In the Heights), Tracie Thoms (Rent) , Richard Kind (The Producers) Rachel Dratch (TV's Saturday Night Live) and more.
The Green: Jason Butler Harner (Through a Glass Darkly, The Coast of Utopia) stars in a drama about a homosexual high school teacher accused of assaulting a student. The teacher's relationship with his partner (Cheyenne Jackson) hits the rocks when secrets from his past are revealed.
Mangus!: Jennifer Coolidge (Elling) and Leslie Jordan (Lucky Guy) star in a comedy about a handicapped teenager who dreams of playing the title character in a local production of Jesus Christ Superstar.
