Broadway stars Sutton Foster (Anything Goes), Bobby Cannavale (The Motherf**ker With the Hat), John Larroquette (How to Succeed in Business Without Really Trying), Norbert Leo Butz (Catch Me If You Can), Reeve Carney (Spider-Man, Turn Off the Dark), Will Swenson (Priscilla Queen of the Desert) and many more Broadway stars have been added to the previously announced group of celebrity volunteers at this year's Broadway Barks. Hosted by Bernadette Peters and Mary Tyler Moore, the dog and cat adoption event will take place on July 9 in Shubert Alley, with the celebrity presentations beginning at 5:30.

In 2010, Broadway Barks, produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS and sponsored by ASPCA, resulted in more than 200 adoptions from 27 animal shelters. In addition to the presentation of adoptable pets, Broadway Barks will feature an auction of celebrity-autographed memorabilia benefitting the shelters and organizations that participate in the event.
